Back Home, Alor Setar

Good morning everyone. It's been a while and yes it is. But anyway here's some update for my recent spotting at WMKA/AOR also known as Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar. Thanks to google map I am able to be closer to the runway but as usual the fences always there giving me a headache. Nevermind, I should probably bring a ladder next time or should i say buy one haha. Anyhow, thanks for reading and enjoy.

P/s: Down here is the map if you intended to come. but please be informed that the place is quite dangerous as it is a home for the snakes and other reptiles. Take care of yourself as i am not responsible for anything that might happen to you :)

Callsign 'Heavy' Day

Hello! 10-11-12 seems like a great date right? so i take that date to do something special. Actually i didn't realized about the date until i came home from... where? as usual Spotting! ( so it's just a coincidence). It's holiday, free time means enjoy hehe :p Because i slept way way too early, i ended up waking at 3 in the morning. So i thought why not going for a spotting early (8.am). So let's just hand over the talking job to the picture. Oh ya, I got some bonus for you guys at the end :)

The view from my residential area. The breeze of that morning was so refreshing.

if you look closely you can see a bird near the vertical stabilizer. unexpected haha

So far the D7000 has been good. Good image quality due to its higher megapixel compare to the D3000. Because i'm using a D7000 on that day, we have a video! So as promised, here's the bonus for you guys!

it was my first time try to record, so it turned out not to be satisfied for an average viewer. wel, anyway enjoy! :)

Passion.

Blow the dust away, wipe it, make it shine again. New pictures of airplane! But this time, new spot discovered. Right place and at the right time, it's just beautiful to see the aircraft touching down the runway :) yes I am too lazy to add the information of the picture like i did before. Yup, lazy is my middle name. Anyway enjoy!

Airplanes!

Assalamualaikum. Happy Friday peeps. Sometimes I wonder what others think of my blog and one of the most repeatedly playing question in my head is "Hey man, why your page got no pictures of girls?". haha no offence to the girls, but I just enjoy taking pictures of airplanes more than girls but don't get me wrong, I still am normal.

These are the photos taken yesterday eve. Not like the other day, only few aircraft landed on runway 32R which quite upset me a little. Well at least better than nothing aite? Nuff said, enjoy the pics and have a blissful Friday everyone :)

The fence was high but no problem for me, thank you car for lending me your roof hehe. Problem fence? *TrollFace

I'm not sure whether it's an A380, B747 or else. But it looks like an A380 (Qantas i guess)~

Just as I was preparing to leave, 'She' came out, you made my day lah :p

The Departure

Assalamualaikum. It was a very peaceful monday evening except my head wasn't included. I need to be somewhere I feel I belong to haha. So here I was, watching the airplanes departing. I don't know how or why, but by just listening to the roaring sound made by the engine make me feels comfortable. Yes, my head was cleared after that hehe.
well, here is one of my favy aircraft :)

It's landing time

Assalamualaikum, it's been a while and yes it is. Many thing happened and yes life must go on. Well enjoy the new pics that i managed to snap this eve. Like every time when i went to the airport, i feel as if i'm home.

This is one of my wishlist when I came home from Kuala Lumpur. Take a photograph of airplanes. But one thing that disappointed me a little is that few plane here compare to Penang and Kuala Lumpur, yet I still am thankful. Drove about 20 km from my house just for this stuff, i never regret not even a second. Hope you guys have a good time. Till then~
